What this website does and does not do
This site is a set of static pages. We do not set cookies, we do not run web analytics or advertising tags, and there is nothing here that asks you to type anything. Clicking the buttons on this site opens your own email program with a message you have not sent yet, which you are free to close.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the request that delivers each page and keeps standard server records for reliability and security. That is ordinary infrastructure logging, not something we build a profile from.
If you email us
We keep what you send, in the ordinary way any business keeps its email, and we use it to answer you and to follow up about the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Tell us to delete your details and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
If we contacted you first
We send introduction emails to businesses we think have the problem we solve. Your address will have come from your company's website, a public professional profile, or someone who suggested we get in touch, and we will tell you which if you ask.
Reply with the word stop, or use the unsubscribe link on the message, and we will take you off the list and not put you back on it.
Client data is a different thing
If you engage us, the data the platform reads from your systems is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this notice. That data stays in your own cloud account, every connection is read only, and the platform cannot write anything back. The security page sets out how it is handled.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you
- Ask us to correct it, or to delete it
- Ask us to stop contacting you, for any reason or none
One email to hello@tru47intel.com covers all three. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law. We would rather honour them because you asked than because a statute made us.
Children
This is a business to business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this notice changes we will change the date at the top of the page. Anything material, we will say what changed.
